I was asked to write a tool that would generate "dyno plots" based on BMW logs.
In addition to filtering logged channels and calculating power, the tool alows to plot any additional channel present in the input file.
A final plot can be exported to PNG file.

After acquiring that ecu in unknown state from eBay it turned out that the only issue is depleted RTC battery. Since warranty sticker was damaged anyway there was no reason to pay Bosch for this simple task. It turned out that the battery was 13 years old, but the process itself was very simple due to large and solder pads.
